ABOUT TEAM SHIVANSH
Team Shivansh is the performance wing of the Shivansh School of Arts. They are a group of professional dancers finding expression through Bharatanatyam. Their performances are characterised by unique and off-beat themes, colourful visuals and a blend of tradition with contemporary artistry.

Recognizing the challenges of pursuing dance as a career, Maithri set out to create a stable and sustainable ecosystem for classical dancers. Through Team Shivansh, the institute provides members with opportunities to train, explore, perform, earn, teach, and experiment through dance.
The initiative began with auditions for dancers within and outside the institute, bringing together individuals who share a vision and passion for dance.

Head of Marketing and Teacher
Swetha Pratap
Swetha Pratap is a trained Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi dancer with over 15 years of experience. An engineer and management graduate by profession, she has performed in over 100 programs across prestigious stages in India. After a fulfilling corporate career as a financial professional, Swetha has rekindled her deep passion for dance. At Shivansh, she brings her multifaceted expertise to the fore — leading our marketing efforts, nurturing a professional work culture, and conducting classes at our Suncity Studio
Studio Administrator
Pragya Venkat Rao
Pragya Venkat Rao is a Bharatanatyam dancer with over 13 years of training. She began her journey under Smt. Neerja at Shankarananda Kalakshetra, where she trained for five years, and later continued under the guidance of Smt. Geeta Ganeshan. With over 40 performances across India, she brings dedication to every stage she graces. At Shivansh, Pragya is the Studio Administrator, ensuring the smooth communication and functioning.

R Sanjana
Sanjana is a Bharatanatyam practitioner from Hyderabad, trained under eminent gurus Smt. Lalitha Padmini and Smt. Maithri Rao. She has performed at prestigious festivals across the country and is a recipient of several state-level accolades. A diploma holder in Bharatanatyam, Sanjana brings both passion and precision to her practice. At Shivansh, she teaches at our Banjara Hills studio, nurturing the next generation of dancers.
Designer
Anusha Ramaswamy
Anusha Ramaswamy is a Bharatanatyam dancer with over 13 years of training. A graduate of the National Institute of Design (NID), she brings a keen visual sensibility to Shivansh, shaping the school’s and our productions' visual identity.
